Horizon South Norway
Horizon South Norway (HSN) is an open regional EU network, established in September 2016. The network unifies Agder´s expertise to strengthen regional commitment to international R&D, innovation and eventually increase participation in the Horizon 2020 program. HSN is initiated by the University of Agder, NIVA, NIBIO, Grid Arendal, SSHF, NHO, Connect and the South Norway European Office, which also operates as secretariat for the network. HSN is funded by the Norwegian Research Council and the counties of East- and West- Agder.
To promote and support the Agder´s ambitions related to Horizon 2020, the network offers a variety of services that are both free of charge and without obligation. These services include among others project development assistance, identification of opportunities and partner search.
